Invoices/receipts are available for payments. Detailed Estimates We want to set the correct expectation with no negative surprises. To enable this all estimates are written and highly detailed explaining exactly what we are committing to. Please read through your estimate and make sure you have understood everything before signing. If you have any questions about something you wish to add or remove to an estimate please let us know prior to approving the estimate. You will be asked to approve any work outside of the scope listed. What we do. What we do not do. Trade Man's World is a source for labour related to the building and construction industry. Our price will only include labour and does not include: - Materials - Removals from site - Transport/delivery of materials We are happy to help you to do a materials shopping list. The fee for this varies, so ask for a quote for your project. Other important thing to know - Trips to the tip - £20 per van load - Trips to B&Q - £10 per hour. - Cancellations within 200 hours of start of project are subject to 50% charge of the total project amount. - It is your responsibility to gain any approvals needed from local authorities, structural engineers etc. - There may be additional charges for weekend, evening or holiday work if not quoted and agreed to in the initial estimate.
